Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Spanish required.
• Independently Licensed within 6 months of employment.
• Experience with psychiatric/substance-abusing/co-occurring populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessment to determine level of care.
• Develop treatment plans and document interventions and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to ongoing services.
• Engage external and internal service providers to meet client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
