Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a Patient Access Clinician to conduct intake assessments for enrollment in the Outpatient Program and to provide individual and group therapy as needed.

The role supports crisis management, referrals, treatment planning, and waitlist maintenance with a collaborative, trauma-informed, team-based approach. The clinician engages with clients and families about diagnoses, medications including MAT, and recovery support services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Spanish required and independently licensed within 6 months of employment.
• Experience with psychiatric/substance-abusing populations and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to determine level of care and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy; crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
• Coordinate with internal/external providers and participate in weekly clinical meetings.
