• Supervises and coordinates day-to-day management of Support Staff.
• Trains and evaluates staff, supports problem resolution and personnel actions.
• Interviews, hires and coordinates training for staff; conducts 30/60/90 day reviews.
• Processes time sheets and approves time off for staff.
• Generates and reviews reports (billing, diagnoses, appointments) to ensure accuracy.
• Monitors data in reports to prevent billing delays and ensure timely collections.
• Supports achievement of collection goals as directed by leadership.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
