Qualifications

• Preferred supervisory experience for a minimum of one year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Support Coach shifts are covered for 24/7 facility care and cover open shifts when staff are unavailable.
• Train staff following guidelines and ensure competencies, including building drills.
• Proactively communicate issues to the Supervisor related to Support Coach duties.
• Orient and assist new clients with transition to living environment and assist in admissions documentation.
• Complete duties and appointments as assigned by the Residential Administrator.
• Lead with positivity with staff and clients.
• Complete all documentation within established timeframes according to quality standards set by State and Federal regulations, CARF certifications, and program expectations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
