Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Support Coach shifts are covered 24/7 and complete on-call duties as needed.
• Effectively train staff and ensure competencies, including building drills.
• Communicate directly with Supervisor about issues related to duties.
• Orient new clients and assist in transitioning to the living environment.
• Complete all duties and appointments as assigned by Residential Administrator.
• Lead with positivity with staff and clients.
• Complete all required documentation on time per state, CARF certifications, and program standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
