Job summary

Ozark Center in Missouri seeks a Clinical Support Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the support staff delivering mental health and substance use services. The role emphasizes a warm, empathic, trauma-informed approach to support clients.

She/He will oversee client registration, medical records, scheduling, timekeeping, training and performance reviews, and reporting to ensure accurate billing and timely care.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises and coordinates support personnel in all aspects of Client registration, medical records compilation & review, scheduling and reception of assigned offices.
• Trains, evaluates performance, assists with problem resolution, and motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Interviews, hiring and coordination of training and development for all Support Staff in the team leader’s assigned office(s), including maintaining training documentation and performing 30/60/90 day reviews with all new staff.
• Responsible for the processing of time sheets and the approval of time off requests for all Support Staff in the team leader’s assigned office(s).
• Process various reports, including but not limited to, the missing diagnosis report and the posted appointment audit report on a weekly or bi/weekly basis, working with the appropriate staff for resolutions.
• Monitoring and/or resolution of data contained in assigned reports on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis to ensure any delays in billing are eliminated efficiently and accurately.
• Responsible for working with staff in meeting the collection goals as outlined by the Team Lead Supervisor and the Director of Support Services & Credentialing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
