Job summary

The Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan seeks a Service Facilitator for its Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program in Trempealeau County, WI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within the community.
