Job summary

Sheboygan County Health and Human Services seeks a qualified clinician to support Comprehensive Community Services and CST teams. Under supervision, you will assess clients, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and coordinate care to promote independence.

Travel within the county is expected. We offer a generous benefits package, 15 vacation days, sick time, 10 paid holidays, a referral program, and Wisconsin Retirement System participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science with 1,000 supervised hours (or related field with 2,000 hours).
• Trauma-informed principles knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of federal/state regulations governing services.
• Strong cross-agency coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments including initial intake and yearly reviews.
• Develop and implement trauma-informed treatment plans and crisis plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and social services to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide psychoeducation and skill development in community and home settings.
• Assist families with transition to adult services and resources.
