Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BSW required with 3 years of trauma-informed/public health experience or Master’s degree in related field
• Preferred LPC/LSW licensure for clinical practice
• Bilingual proficiency in another language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and outreach to provide clinical case management for program participants.
• Develop and monitor service plans, review progress, and determine closures with supervisor guidance.
• Provide counseling, advocacy, crisis intervention and referrals as needed to support self-sufficiency.
