Dynamic Service Solutions (DSS) in Houston, TX seeks a Case Manager to coordinate intake, sponsor communications, and reunification efforts for unaccompanied youth. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field.

Responsibilities include managing case files, coordinating multi-disciplinary care, and ensuring compliance with ORR policies while supporting timely reunification and safety of youths. Join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, clinical counseling, human services or related behavioral science required.
• 2 years of case management experience in an ORR setting preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, read and write).

Responsabilités

• Complete initial intake assessment within 24 hours of youth’s arrival; contact family in home country and sponsor; ensure youth signs acknowledgment and receives key documents.
• Conduct sponsor and home country assessments; guide sponsor to complete documents and background checks; coordinate reunification tasks.
• Maintain physical and web-based client files and assessments; file documents to youth’s file with case notes and other assessments.
• Submit a completed reunification packet and refer for timely release of youth to ORR representatives; prepare youth for discharge/release by reviewing discharge plans.
• Ensure timely completion of all assessments (Initial Intake, UAC, Individual Service Plans) per CFRC, State, and Federal requirements; document in web-based systems.
