Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions is hiring a Medical Coordinator (Bilingual) in Houston, TX. The role supports quality medical services for Unaccompanied Children, coordinating care with physicians and case managers.

There is emphasis on disease prevention, health maintenance, and adherence to ORR and CFRC policies, with flexible hours including possible on-call shifts. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in public health or healthcare coordination
• Experience in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care preferred
• Must be licensed as LPN/LVN or RN with bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health services including urgent, emergent, and preventive care for children
• Arrange transportation and interpretation/translation services
• Support medical, dental, and mental health services and ensure initial assessments within 48 hours
• Coordinate daily admin tasks and maintain medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with procedures, administer medications as directed
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and implement physician orders
