Job summary

Everstand in Pennsylvania is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for the Caminos Program to coordinate trauma-informed case management for children in care. You will partner with families, sponsors, providers, and school teams to ensure timely services and coordinated care throughout placement and transition.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; evenings/weekends may be required and

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social services, or related field.
• Experience in child welfare/case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized case management services and referrals.
• Serve as primary contact for children, families, sponsors, providers, and partners.
• Coordinate medical, behavioral health, educational, and legal support services.
• Maintain confidential electronic case records and timely reports.
