Job summary

Everstand in Baltimore, MD, seeks a full-time supervisor to lead the program operations, guiding staff and families while enforcing agency policies. The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

You will oversee safe staffing, on-call coverage, and supervision of childcare staff, with notification to the Administrator on Call for health or safety incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 1 year work experience with children.
• Must be certified in Medication Administration through the State of Pennsylvania during employment.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Master’s degree with one year supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Model and act in accordance with Everstand’s core values.
• Demonstrate and practice trauma informed leadership.
• Provide timely, detailed information to the Administrator on Call about health, safety concerns and incidents.
• Ensure campus staffing ratios are met and report coverage needs to Admin on Call.
• Conduct rounds across campus, supervise staff and youth, and document health and safety in logs.
• Support prevention/management of challenging behaviors using Behavior Management and TIC techniques.
• Provide effective supervision to childcare staff and give feedback to Supervisors on guidance and evaluations.
