Qualifications

• 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience with homeless and behavioral health individuals.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and ethical social work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and case management services within several programs.
• Provide leadership of case management and clinical support services.
• Conduct monthly reviews of active client case files for documentation compliance.
• Support crisis intervention and assist staff with de-escalation needs.
