Role Description The Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baltimore and Harford County MD, with flexibility for some work from home. The Supervisor will oversee a team of family support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality services to families. This role includes monitoring caseloads, reviewing documentation, and supporting staff in delivering one-to-one assistance to parents, caregivers, and loved ones affected by behavioral health challenges. The Supervisor will collaborate with program leadership to align services with organizational goals, coordinate training, and help implement best practices. Additional responsibilities include participating in community outreach, contributing to advocacy efforts, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.
