Job summary

Everstand in Maryland seeks a licensed Therapist/Case Manager to provide trauma-informed clinical services and comprehensive case management for youth and families. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy and coordinate with the care team.

This full-time role requires collaboration, documentation, and engagement with families, with on-site schedule Mon-Fri 9:30-6 and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Current Maryland LGSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC etc. license required.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed therapy and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within licensure scope.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment, safety, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate with care teams; schedule home visits and document ongoing needs.
• Engage families and youth through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
• Lead family engagement events and connect families to community resources.
• Maintain timely documentation and monthly chart audits as required.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals.
