Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and licensure.
• Three years of experience working with children in child welfare, mental health, or special education.
• One year of progressive supervisory and administrative experience.
• Approval by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, or other relevant supervisor board.
• Certifications in relevant evidenced-based practices may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct therapists and interns, assigning caseloads and coordinating activities.
• Utilizes Arrow endorsed trauma-informed clinical modalities and evidence-based practices for client interventions.
• Evaluate performance of staff and interns.
• Ensure implementation of Recovery Plans, Treatment Plans, and/or IEPs.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
