Trauma Specialists of Maryland is seeking a Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW-C) to join our Maryland trauma-focused team. We offer outpatient therapy (individual, family, and group) and a collaborative, EMDR-centered environment with ongoing training and supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and an active LCPC or LCSW-C license. Board-approval for supervision is preferred; EMDRCertification pursuit is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Board approved Clinical Supervisor preferred or required.
• Active EMDR certification pursuit encouraged; supervision support available.
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision.
• Prior experience in a private practice setting.
• Specialization in trauma treatment.
• Current approval as in-network provider with BCBS and other insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, group) focusing on trauma.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians within a trauma-focused practice.
• Engage in EMDR-focused treatment and related trauma therapies; participate in ongoing training.
• Lead and document treatment planning and clinical documentation.
