You will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of transportation technology solutions across a complex supply chain, overseeing the Transportation Management System lifecycle and guiding a technology product team in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in project management and product management, including roadmaps and delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technology-focused experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Previous people leadership experience and talent development.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team across the TMS lifecycle.
• Define and execute the transportation technology product strategy and roadmaps.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize costs and network efficiency.
