Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will drive initiatives to reduce transportation spend, improve delivery experiences, and enable visibility across our network.

You will build and lead a tech-enabled product team, collaborate with IT in an Agile environment, define KPIs, and deliver scalable solutions that standardize networks and improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team for the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Define short-term tactical plans and long-range roadmaps for transportation product strategy.
• Design and deploy solutions to enhance global supply chain management and cost savings.
• Gather requirements, set KPIs, and perform cost-benefit analyses for ROI.
• Identify and resolve complex issues to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Ensure adoption and integration of technology with IT in an Agile environment.
