The role drives cost optimization, shipment visibility, and efficiency across the global network, partnering with IT and business teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Project and product management experience; knowledge of Agile.
Technology-grounded experience with ERPs, TMS, and WMS.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a technology product team, overseeing the full lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS).
Champion the transportation product strategy, defining both short-term tactical plans and long-range strategic roadmaps.
Design, scope, and deploy innovative solutions to enhance global supply chain management and systems, focusing on cost savings, network standardization, and process improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather detailed requirements, establish KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
