Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Advanced degree desired
• 8+ years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred
• Project and Product Management experience; and knowledge of Agile practices
• Technology-grounded experience that includes ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred
• People leadership experience preferred
• Travel Expectations: Up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team, overseeing the full lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Champion the transportation product strategy, defining short-term tactical plans and long-range roadmaps to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Design, scope, and deploy solutions that enhance global supply chain management with focus on cost savings and process improvements.
• Gather requirements, establish KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to maximize ROI.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Drive adoption of technology solutions and ensure seamless integration and user engagement.
• Collaborate with IT teams in an Agile framework to align initiatives with evolving business needs
