Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will drive initiatives to reduce transportation spend, improve delivery reliability, and enable visibility across our logistics network.

You will lead a technology product team, define short- and long-term roadmaps, collaborate with IT in an Agile environment, and ensure successful adoption of solutions by carriers and facility users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in transportation, logistics or supply chain roles.
• Experience in project and product management with Agile practices.
• Technology-grounded background including ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology product team for Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Champion the transportation product strategy with short-term plans and long-range roadmaps.
• Design and deploy solutions to transform global supply chain management, focusing on cost savings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, KPIs, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and resolve complex issues to ensure timely delivery and ROI.
• Drive user adoption and seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Work with IT teams in an Agile framework to align with business needs.
