Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS) and lead strategic initiatives within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

You will drive feature envisioning, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration with carriers and facility users to reduce transportation spend and improve delivery experiences across Cardinal Health’s network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Advanced degree desired.
8+ years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred.
Project and Product Management experience with Agile practices.
Technology-grounded experience incl. ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred.
People leadership experience preferred.
Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a technology product team, overseeing the full lifecycle of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Define short-term tactical plans and long-range roadmaps for transportation product strategy.
Design and deploy solutions to enhance global supply chain management, targeting cost savings and standardization.
Gather requirements, define KPIs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses for ROI.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, mitigating delivery risks.
Drive adoption of technology solutions and ensure user engagement.
Collaborate with IT in an Agile framework to deliver initiatives.
