Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
• Schedule driver routes and monitor coverage.
• Review hours of service and driver logs for compliance.
• Maintain driver qualification files and payroll review.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incidents.
