Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of Class A/B drivers in a fast-paced California operation. You will schedule routes, monitor hours of service, ensure DOT compliance, and coach drivers to meet safety and service standards.

You will collaborate with the Transportation Manager on budgets, reports, and fleet maintenance, while maintaining food safety and a positive team environment in a dynamic store-support network.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA rules.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation.
• Pass a background check every third year on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
• Monitor performance and coach as needed.
• Review drivers' logs and on-road observations.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of drivers.
• Ensure FMCSA/OSHA compliance and safe work environment.
• Communicate daily with drivers, departments and vendors.
• Attend leadership trainings and quarterly meetings.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and yard duties.
