Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee a team of Class A and B drivers delivering to Domino’s stores in Kentucky. You will schedule routes, monitor DOT/compliance, handle customer concerns, and train new drivers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires leadership, scheduling expertise, and strong communication with drivers and vendors. Starting compensation is $80,000+ with bonus potential; a CDL is preferred and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years of route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of the Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured drivers
• Monitor drivers' performance and coach when performance is below expectations
• Complete driver’s annual performance reviews
• Review driver’s logs and coach according to company policy
• Collaborate on drivers' onboarding and training
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal requirements
• Effectively communicate day-to-day with drivers, departments and vendors
• Attend and participate in Leadership & Development trainings
• Coordinate safety/team/quarterly meetings
• Prepare and assist with transportation generated reports
• Monitor budget and fuel cards to maximize funds
• Participate in the development of budgets
• Weekly schedule driver routes and re-routing
• Conduct route analysis and recommend saving opportunities
• Monitor hours of service via onboard system
• Maintain food safety standards in compliance with company/franchisee requirements
• Perform payroll duties when necessary and review driver payroll for accuracy
• Monitor mis-deliveries and recommend avoidance strategies
• Schedule truck maintenance and fleet management
• Coordinate deliveries and backhauls
• Assist with truck leasing meetings to ensure PMs are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
• As needed, drive company vehicle or straight truck and work the yard
