Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college hours preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and mentor drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching.
• Review driver logs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with driver payroll when needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and backhauls with the Transportation Manager.
• Maintain fleet safety and vendor communications.
