Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Louisiana seeks a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of Class A/B drivers, handle routing and scheduling, and ensure DOT compliance. Will train drivers, manage budgets, and support safety initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

The role covers leadership, reporting, and maintenance tasks, with a 4PM–1AM shift and potential company bonus up to 10%. Requires 2–3 years supervisory experience and knowledge of transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college hours preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience in operations.
• 2–3 years of route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and mentor drivers.
• Monitor performance and coach underperformers using progressive discipline.
• Maintain driver payroll accuracy and route documentation.
• Review logs and driver data for compliance with DOT standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and safety meetings.
• Lead communications with drivers, vendors and departments.
