Job summary

Domino’s Team USA is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee a team of delivery drivers, schedule routes, and ensure DOT compliance. You will train drivers, review logs, and manage safety and performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong supervisory background, knowledge of transportation regulations, and experience with route optimization. A CDL Class A is a plus, with a 6 PM–2 AM shift and eligibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college hours preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP and TMS experience helpful.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and emergency contact.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
• Schedule routes and monitor driver hours and performance.
• Review trip sheets and ensure DOT compliance and safety.
• Train new drivers and conduct safety observations.
• Participate in budgeting and fuel card management.
