Job summary

Domino's Transportation Supervisor role oversees a team of drivers, coordinating scheduling, routing, and compliance with DOT regulations to ensure reliable deliveries to Domino’s stores. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college hours preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and mentor drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
• Complete driver’s annual performance reviews.
• Review driver’s logs and ensure DOT compliance.
• Collaborate in drivers onboarding and training.
• Ensure safe work environment per FMCSA/OSHA requirements.
• Communicate day-to-day with drivers, departments and vendors.
• Coordinate safety and quarterly meetings.
