Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, schedule routes, and ensure DOT compliance. You will coach drivers, manage safety observations, and contribute to transportation budgets.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory and route-scheduling experience, with knowledge of FMCSA regulations and a willingness to support a 24-hour operation. Salary includes a base plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor drivers; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor routes, schedules and hours of service; manage on-time delivery.
• Review driver logs, DOT compliance, and safety observations.
• Coordinate driver onboarding, training and safety meetings.
• Assist with payroll and budgeting; monitor fuel cards.
