Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers (Class A and B) and ensure efficient routing, DOT compliance, and safe operations across Domino’s Team USA stores.

You will train drivers, monitor performance, manage schedules, review trip sheets, handle customer concerns, and contribute to budgeting and reporting while maintaining food safety standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor drivers; recruit and onboard new staff.
• Plan weekly driver routes and optimize scheduling.
• Monitor hours of service and route performance; coach as needed.
• Review trip sheets, logs, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure safe work environment per FMCSA, OSHA and company policy.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to maintain service levels.
• Deliver timely payroll checks and assist with budgeting and reporting.
