Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers, schedule routes, and ensure DOT compliance. The role requires coaching, performance reviews, and strong coordination with internal teams.

You will monitor logs, assist with budgeting, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment across multiple stores in California. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner equipment/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers, recruit and mentor staff.
• Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
• Review driver logs and ensure DOT compliance.
• Coordinate routing, scheduling and hours of service for efficient operations.
• Manage safety and food safety standards with FMCSA/OSHA guidelines.
• Prepare transportation reports and assist in budgeting.
• Communicate with drivers, departments and vendors daily.
