Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of Class A and B drivers delivering to Domino’s stores. You will schedule routes, review trip sheets for accuracy, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining safety and high service standards.

The role requires coaching drivers, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with the Transportation Manager in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, route scheduling expertise, and familiarity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations
• MS Office, SAP, TMS, computers, and scanner equipment/software
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured drivers
• Monitor drivers' performance and coach as needed
• Complete driver’s annual performance reviews
• Review drivers' logs and coach according to company policy
• Coordinate onboarding and training for drivers
• Ensure safe work environment and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate safety, team, and quarterly meetings
• Perform payroll duties when necessary and review payroll for accuracy
• Schedule truck maintenance and fleet logistics
• Handle customer relations and resolve complaints
