Qualifikationen

2–3 years of documented supervisory experience.
2–3 years route scheduling experience.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations.
MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner equipment/software.
Willingness to support a 24-hour operation.

Aufgaben

Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
Complete driver performance reviews.
Review logs and provide coaching per company policy.
Coordinate onboarding and training of drivers.
Maintain safety in compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards.
Communicate with drivers, departments, and vendors daily.
Manage payroll review and ensure accuracy.
Schedule truck maintenance and manage backhaul activities.
Handle customer relations and respond to Slice of Pie complaints.
