Domino's Pizza in the United States is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of Class A and B drivers for store deliveries. You will schedule routes, review trip sheets for accuracy, ensure DOT compliance, and train new drivers in safety and job duties.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A 75–78K base salary plus a 10% TAD bonus is offered, with benefits starting on day one and a 24-hour operation expectation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner equipment/software.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured drivers.
• Monitor driver's performance and coach based on performance reviews.
• Review driver’s logs and provide coaching per company standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of drivers.
• Maintain safety in line with FMCSA, OSHA, and company rules.
• Communicate daily with drivers, departments, and vendors.
• Schedule truck maintenance and backhaul activities.
• Assist with budget development and monitoring of fuel cards.
• Support 24-hour operations as needed.
