McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee a group of drivers and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant deliveries. You will apply routing systems and dispatch procedures to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Truck routing software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Reading/writing English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries using multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and other DOT requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate with other distribution center departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• May take on additional duties or special projects at supervisor’s discretion.
