Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Truck routing software experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for a group of Drivers.
• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries with routing and dispatch procedures.
• Review logs, hours of service, and DOT compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with other distribution center departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
