Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and ensure safe, timely deliveries from a major distribution center. This role requires knowledge of DOT regulations and routing software, with a focus on compliant, efficient operations across a 2nd shift.

Starting salary is $70,000+ annually, based on experience, with full benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule; 9 PM start, full-time status, and day-one benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries using multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and DOT requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate activities with other distribution center departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• This position may include additional duties and special projects at the supervisor's discretion.
