McLane Company, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to directly supervise a team of Drivers and ensure safe, on-time deliveries through effective routing and dispatch procedures.

You’ll review logs for DOT compliance, coordinate with distribution center teams, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Day-one benefits and a broad benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of transportation management experience in the food distribution industry.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries using multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and other DOT requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate activities with other distribution center departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
