Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Orlando to lead a team of drivers and ensure safe, timely deliveries. You will oversee routing, dispatch procedures, and compliance with state, local, and federal DOT regulations.

The role requires at least 1 year of transportation management in food distribution, with a high school diploma or GED and knowledge of DOT rules. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; AS/400 and routing software experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of transportation management in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Truck routing software experience preferred.
• Able to work a varied, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries with routing and dispatch knowledge.
• Review logs, hours of service, and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with other distribution centers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle special projects as assigned by supervisor.
