Job summary

Reyes Holdings in the United States seeks a Transportation Supervisor for an overnight Wednesday–Saturday schedule to ensure on-time dispatches, optimal labor costs, and minimal product loss. The role drives safe operations and customer satisfaction across the logistics network.

You will develop daily operating plans, including equipment maintenance and driver work schedules, and lead supervisory and driver staff while participating in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–4+ years related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 5+ years specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully.
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers' delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
• The Transportation Supervisor will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety.
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
