Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Assistant for an overnight shift Tuesday through Saturday in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on administrative tasks, order processing, and performance tracking within a transportation environment.

• Monitor transportation performance, resolve issues, and support reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

The schedule for this role is on our overnight shift, Tuesday-Saturday.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Transportation Assistant performs general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Transportation Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Coordinates routing, dispatch, and delivery execution while maintaining communication with drivers and internal team.
• Monitor transportation performance, resolve service issues, and support operational reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
