Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Logistics Delivery Supervisor for a full-time day shift in Minnesota. You will supervise daily delivery operations, plan driver schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a culture that values employees.

The role requires an Associate degree with several years of supervisory experience or a GED with extensive related experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience; or GED with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Foster an engaging environment and motivate employees, maintaining a culture where staff feel valued.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity and quality targets; address gaps as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards (DOT, OSHA) and stay current on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules and customer demands.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication to improve delivery efficiency.

  • Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00am-6:00pm (every other Wednesday off)
• Salary: We are targeting an annual salary of $70,000-$78,000 based on experience
• Annual Bonus Opportunity: 10%

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and schedulingincluding planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achievedby monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationshipsinternally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
