Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus two years in transportation, business, sales, or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Analytical skills with risk analysis and decision making.

• Analyze data to design and implement transportation solutions delivering operational and customer benefits.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business and ensure timelines are met.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and update stakeholders throughout the process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project trackers to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and comply with laws and company policies.
