Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years experience in transportation, business, sales, or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Analytical skills with risk-analysis and the ability to make decisions.
• Solutions-oriented with project management skills including a thorough understanding of customer needs and translating them into quality solutions.

• Analyze data to design, develop, and implement transportation solutions that benefit operations and customers.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business, ensuring deadlines and customer support during transition.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and communicate requirements to stakeholders on progress.
