The role requires strong analytical and project-management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across levels and work in a hybrid environment across locations including Tampa, Memphis, and Harrison areas.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus two years in transportation, business, sales, or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Analytical skills with risk-analysis and decision-making ability.
• Project-management skills to handle cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Analyze data and design innovative transportation solutions to benefit operations, sales, and customers.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Document customer expectations and obtain leadership approval as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with internal and external customers.
• Manage progress on projects to meet deadlines using departmental trackers.
• Support initiatives to improve internal processes.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other assignments as required.
