Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies of staff.
• Oversee project profitability, financials, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead QA/QC program activities and lessons learned to drive best practices.
• Coordinate workload projections with market sector leads and other groups.
• Lead and participate in project reviews, fee development, and risk management.
