Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Professional Services Leader to oversee technical and business excellence across the Business Group, ensuring project profitability, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing staff competencies, overseeing project operations, QA/QC, and collaborating with Market Sector Leaders to optimize workload and deliver value while reducing risk. 15+ years preferred with PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and business excellence across the Business Group.
• Lead QA/QC program activities and continuous improvement.
• Review and approve fee proposals as delegated by the BG Manager.
• Coordinate workload with Market Sector Leaders and other Groups.
• Support RevRec meetings and project reviews.
